I understand that Kuchiki-taichou has taken up Soul activity concerns in direct work with the City's police but....I wonder if it would benefit both sides....no, not sides....everyone, to have at least one shinigami active within the regular police force as it is.
We seem to be at a sometimes spoken, sometimes unspoken set of odds with them, regardless of if we say we are working toward the same goal of a safe environment.
....what would....no....I shouldn't base my thoughts on......anymore.
